RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE - EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1st 2009

General Info:

•  You are responsible for inspecting your order immediately upon receipt
•  All return requests MUST be submitted WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
•  You may NOT return items without an MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) number.
•  All return items must be received within 1 month of return approval.
•  A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returned items.
•  You are responsible for return shipping costs but you may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
•  Errors on our part will be refunded or exchanged only after we have inspected returned items.
•  NO RETURNS are accepted on items you have used, washed, or damaged.
•  If you are not sure about a product color, please request sample color swatches - disputes about color are subjective and a 20% restock fee will apply.

Return Procedure:
•  Retrieve your original purchase receipt that was emailed to you.
•  Click reply and include (copy & paste) one of the following reasons that you are returning the merchandise.

YOU MUST COPY AND PASTE ONE OF THESE REASONS INTO YOUR EMAIL
Reasons For Returning:
1. Do Not Like Item.
2. Damaged or Faulty Item.
3. Received Incorrect Item.
4. Ordered Incorrect Item.
5. Missing Item(s).

YOU MUST COPY AND PASTE ONE OF THESE REFUND TYPES INTO YOUR EMAIL
Preferred Refund Type:
1. Exchange Item.
2. Refund Credit Card.

•  You can also include any additional comments regarding missing or incorrect items and/or the date by which you need replacement items.
•  You will receive an email response WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS regarding your return.
•  Please add customer.service@table-skirt.net to your SPAM or Junk mail exceptions.
•  If you have not received a response within this time frame, contact us immediately.
•  DO NOT return items before receiving a response from our returns department or your items will be refused.
•  After receiving a response, clearly print the MRA# above our address on the return packaging and ship the items back to us.
•  When your items are received and inspected you will be refunded or exchanged items sent.
