General Info: We ship to the entire UNITED STATES (including US territories) and CANADA. All PAID SHIPPING orders ship via FedEx. NO PO BOXES allowed for delivery (your order will be promptly placed on hold if you use a P.O. Box for delivery). Orders ship from our location in Corona, California, arrival times vary by distance and carrier operations. FedEx shipping rates are calculated and transmitted from FedEx automatically during the checkout process. Our business operates 8am - 5pm PST, Monday – Friday. Orders placed outside these hours will not be processed until the next business day. Free Shipping: FREE GROUND SHIPPING promotions may be sent via whichever shipping carrier we choose (FedEx or UPS or USPS). Arrival times may vary depending on chosen carrier. Free Shipping orders typically arrive in UP TO 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Ground Shipping: US Ground orders typically arrive in UP TO 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS Ground service delivery time is NOT GUARANTEED and we are not responsible for any shipping delays by FedEx. To receive your order by a specific date we recommend choosing a paid shipping option. Express Shipping: Your order MUST be placed BEFORE 11AM PST for same day shipping. We offer multiple regular and express shipping options for the USA and CANADA through FedEx. Signed Delivery Requests: By default we DO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE for delivery. You must specifically request a NO SIGNATURE delivery, to request this please contact us here. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery carrier mistakes. If there is a carrier mistake with your order, you must ask us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will only be compensated if we recover the money from FedEx, UPS, or USPS through this claim process. |
